Please join Erika Mari of Open Hands Energy and Katrina dela Cruz of Fire Moon Medicines for a journey in Spinal Energetics & Sound.

We will tune into the energetic bodies of the group to rebalance the spine, nervous system, and energy pathways using Spinal Energetics, following with a crystal bowl sound bath to surround the space with healing resonance and encourage bodily and energetic attunement to those frequencies.

Working in a group amplifies the healing experience, enhancing each participant’s journey through shared intent and connection.

What to expect:

• Erika will be leading the group Spinal Energetics session and Katrina will lead the crystal bowl sound bath.

• Participants will be laying down on individual mats.

• We’ll begin with gentle breathwork (circular breathing).

• We’ll have an opening and closing circle to connect and share for those who feel called to.

What to wear/bring:

• Comfortable clothing you can move in.

• Wear layers to adjust to your temperature needs throughout the experience.

• A yoga mat and a blanket will be provided but we suggest bringing your own for extra comfort. (An eye-mask is nice to have!)

• An intention for the session and an open mind.

Payment and Refunds:

• Payments are specific to this event and cannot be applied to any future events.

• Due to limited space, a reservation is not guaranteed until you have received the confirmation email.

• Reservation requests are honored by payment receipt. Should all the spots be booked out after you’ve paid, you will receive a full refund.

• Refunds requests will be honored only until December 17th 11:59pm.

List of Contraindications:

Spinal Energetics is not suitable for the following conditions.
Depending on the condition, participation with modifications may be possible. Please get in touch with us (email hello@openhandsenergy.com) to discuss if this is the case.

• First trimester of pregnancy

• Diagnosed with severe PTSD, severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), or currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)

• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries

• Epilepsy, history or diagnosis of aneurysms, or history of seizures,

• Cardiovascular problems or severe asthma 


• Heart disease or heart conditions 


• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years

• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release. 


• Under age 12 or over age 70
